SIDSA Debuts at Asia Enwast Expo: Engaging Southeast Asia's Solid Waste Market with Proven Results

Release Time:

Feb 28,2026

From February 4 to 6, SIDSA made its debut at the Asia Enwast Expo (Asia Environment & Waste Management Expo) in Bangkok, Thailand. At the exhibition, we engaged in substantive technical discussions with clients from Thailand and neighboring countries, with conversations consistently centered on how to ensure long-term stable operation of equipment under tropical working conditions.

In recent years, driven by Thailand's urbanization and rising consumption levels, the volume of municipal solid waste and mixed waste has continued to grow, making refuse-derived fuel (RDF) a frequently mentioned solution direction. However, a closer look at treatment sites reveals that the challenge lies not only in the "large quantity" but also in the complex composition, high moisture content, and significant feed fluctuations, which put considerable pressure on the efficiency and stability of many treatment lines. Is there a solid waste treatment solution better suited to Southeast Asia's operating conditions?

Pain Point: How to Achieve Safe and Efficient Treatment?

During the exhibition, Thailand's Minister of Industry and his delegation paid a special visit to the SIDSA booth, focusing their inquiries on our SMP system and alternative fuel preparation solutions. Through discussions with the Minister and numerous industry clients from Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries, we sensed a common demand:

👉 Equipment must not only process waste, but must do so safely and stably over the long term.

Drawing on past project experience and practical case studies, our on-site experts highlighted the targeted design features adapted for high-moisture and high-corrosion conditions. They elaborated on how to adjust and optimize integrated line solutions according to local conditions, ensuring stable output even under significant feed fluctuations. SIDSA has long been deeply engaged in the Southeast Asian market, and we are well aware of the common operating conditions here:
- Complex waste composition with a high proportion of wet and mixed materials
- Poor feed stability with significant fluctuations
- Clear treatment objectives: stable operation + controllable costs + tangible benefits

It is precisely for these reasons that SIDSA has already commissioned multiple RDF preparation lines in Thailand, continuously refining the logic of integrated lines based on actual operation rather than focusing solely on single-machine performance. Through reliable quality and stable performance, we have earned the trust of numerous clients across Southeast Asia.

One of the Highlights Exhibited: AI Intelligent Material Homogenization System

In the latest generation of Thailand's alternative fuel integrated lines, SIDSA has incorporated the latest AI Intelligent Material Homogenization System:

1️⃣ Real-time Condition Sensing: Continuously detects changes in material status within the shredding chamber, enabling the shredding equipment to operate in high-efficiency zones over extended periods.

2️⃣ Intelligent Line-wide Adjustment: Dynamically adjusts feed and discharge rates to improve subsequent screening efficiency, reduce clogging risks, and enhance overall system efficiency.

3️⃣ Reduced Manual Dependency: Replaces experience-based adjustments with system-driven decisions, minimizing human error and ensuring more stable operation.

What We Deliver to Clients: Visible Benefits

In already-operational projects, this integrated line solution has helped clients achieve:
✅ More stable shredding efficiency
✅ More controllable RDF product quality
✅ Lower manual intervention and operating costs

We do not pursue "intelligence for intelligence's sake," but rather aim to convert every ton of waste into usable resources more efficiently.

We are committed to providing high-quality solutions and services for waste resource recovery, contributing to a better living environment for all.
