Process introduction:
This process is optimized for the resource recovery of waste tires and rubber products. The system consists of equipment such as a shredder, a screen, steel wire separation, iron removal, and dust removal. Waste tires are conveyed by belt conveyors or chain conveyors to a dual-shaft shear shredder. After shredding, the material is screened by a disc screen, with oversized material returned to the shredder for further shredding until the requested granulometry is achieved. The undersized material enters the steel wire separator, and then passes through a fine shredder and a magnetic separator to remove iron, resulting in high-purity rubber particles (20-30mm). These rubber particles, with high calorific value, can be used directly as alternative fuel or further processed into powder for recycling.
Advantages of the solution:
- The process is simple, with a compact and smart layout that saves investment costs
- The modular design concept makes maintenance convenient, and the wear-resistant blades can be rewelded on-site, resulting in low operational and maintenance costs
- The finished granulometry is controllable, with a qualification rate of up to 95%
- Automated operation effectively reduces labor costs
- Intelligent monitoring and protection ensure safe and reliable operation
- High adaptability and high capacity
