SIDSA Showcases at N-EXPO 2026 in Japan – Advancing the Global Green Industry Landscape with Full-Line Intelligent Solutions
Release Time:
May 21,2026

In 2026, SIDSA once again appeared at N-EXPO 2026, a key environmental exhibition in Japan. As one of the most influential environment and resource recycling exhibitions in Asia and globally, N-EXPO brings together advanced companies and solutions in solid waste treatment, resource utilization, and low-carbon technologies. The Japanese and surrounding markets have extremely high requirements for refined management and stable operation, providing a broad stage for high-standard equipment and system integration capabilities.
The on-site exchanges at this exhibition focused primarily on professional clients, including environmental operators, cement companies, and recycling processors. In discussions with clients, greater attention was paid to full-line coordination and the predictability of long-term operation. Accordingly, SIDSA highlighted its SMP system and solutions for alternative fuel preparation from municipal solid waste, textile waste, waste plastics, rubber products, and general industrial solid waste, all of which have been deployed in Japan and global markets.
When dealing with hazardous and complex waste streams, on-site operational data is far more convincing than theoretical descriptions.

【SMP Project Site in Hiroshima, Japan】
As early as 2000, the city of Hiroshima, facing the challenge of harmless treatment of industrial hazardous waste, conducted rigorous evaluations and ultimately selected SIDSA to design and build an SMP pre-treatment system. This system integrates shredding, mixing, and pumping and was commissioned in 2001, operating stably for many years. In 2015, after 15 years of continuous operation, the customer proactively replaced the original piston pump with a SIDSA heavy-duty slurry pump and further upgraded the mixer with SIDSA equipment. The consistent operational performance helped establish a level of trust that evolved from single-point cooperation to full replacement of core equipment.

【Selected SMP Projects by SIDSA】
This kind of long-term reliability is not unique. In Beijing, China, the first SMP system built by SIDSA has been in stable operation since it was commissioned in 2006 — now more than 20 years.

【SIDSA Beishui SMP Project】
The toughest test is time. The projects in Beijing and Hiroshima, separated by distance and operating under complex and demanding conditions, have continuously validated the stability and reliability of SIDSA’s core processes. Building on this practical foundation, we have further integrated proven experience with digital capabilities, presenting at this exhibition the SIDSA Smart Solution for full-line applications, advancing the system from stable operation to efficient synergy and intelligent performance.
【SIDSA Smart Solution】
At the exhibition, SIDSA emphasized its Smart Solution, which dynamically adjusts based on real-time optimization of material characteristics and equipment operating status, improving the compatibility of the entire line. Integrated with AI-driven big data models and autonomous data analysis functions, the system can identify anomalies in advance and reduce the risk of unplanned downtime, making line operation more controllable.

【SIDSA Smart Solution】
In projects already in operation, this full-line solution has helped customers achieve:
✅ More stable efficiency
✅ More controllable quality
✅ Lower operating costs

【SIDSA Swiss Headquarters】
Moving forward, SIDSA will continue to enhance its system integration and intelligent capabilities in response to high-standard market needs, advancing solid waste recycling projects toward higher efficiency and greater stability.
