Process introduction:

This process is primarily designed for sludge pumping. The entire system features a light steel factory building, a sludge storage bin equipped with a hydraulic arch-breaking device and an electrically driven dual single-shaft unloading screw device, DTPP series solid pump, hydraulic stations, electrical control cabinets, and conveyor pipelines. Trucks unload the sludge into a flat-bottom storage bin in the pit, with a storage capacity of 60–200 m³ (customizable based on customer requirements). The hydraulic arch-breaking device, which is placed on the bottom of the bin, pushes the sludge to the flange opening of the single-shaft screw unloading device. The single-shaft screw then feeds the sludge into the pump, which uses a piston reciprocating motion to pump the sludge to the designated location.

Advantages of the solution:

The system operates under high pressure (up to 80 bar) and offers high throughput, with a material specific gravity ≥ 1.2. It is capable of long-distance transport.

Through alternating cycle feeding, the DTPP series solid pump enables continuous material delivery.

It features excellent sealing performance, ensuring minimal leakage.

During the transport process, the piston head is washed and cooled to extend its service life.

All critical operating parameters (pressure, speed etc.) are displayed and tracked in real-time, enhancing operational flexibility and allowing for better integration of the equipment into the overall process system.

The equipment is designed with a modular structure, allowing for quick replacement of wear parts and critical components, especially the piston head and cutting components. Wear parts and key components can be replaced individually.
