Process introduction:

SIDSA Alternative Fuel process is primarily designed for the resource recovery of high-calorific industrial waste materials such as used textiles, waste leather, waste wood, waste paper, waste rubber, waste plastics, and waste composite packaging. This system uses a combination of dual-shaft shredders + air separator (windshifter) + single-shaft shredder. By integrating different functional equipment, it can effectively remove impurities, recover metals, and separate light combustible materials. It also ensures the desired granulometry, safely producing high-quality alternative fuel to meet various customer needs.

Advantages of the solution:

- Simple process, compact layout, saving investment costs

- Modular design concept, convenient for maintenance and repair

- Blades are durable and wear-resistant, with low operation and maintenance costs

- Granulometry is controllable, with a qualification rate as high as 95%

- Automated operation, effectively reducing labor costs

- Intelligent monitoring and protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation

- Capable of processing complex materials with a wide range of applications

SID | Why Waste Sorting Matters

Many regard waste simply as "discarded items" that can be mixed without consequence. Yet, within waste management systems, household waste is far from worthless—it is a mixture of resources waiting to be unlocked. The purpose of sorting is to reduce waste, increase recycling rates, and alleviate urban environmental pressure.
