SIDSA | Showcases Sustainable Solutions at 21st Green Cementech Conference in India
Release Time:
May 22,2025
Hyderabad, 15 May 2025 – SIDSA participated in the prestigious 21st Green Cementech Conference (15 May 2025, HICC Hyderabad), hosted by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). The event convened global cement producers and technology leaders to advance low-carbon transition strategies. SIDSA’s exhibition of environmental innovations garnered significant industry attention, reinforcing its commitment to partnering with cement manufacturers worldwide on sustainable development goals.
1 / Advancing Cement Production Sustainability
SIDSA demonstrated its widely adopted Alternative Fuel Pre-processing Systems (RDF), enabling cement manufacturers to significantly reduce carbon emissions while optimising operational efficiency. Through efficient shredding and sorting processes, MSW and industrial residues are converted into high-quality RDF. This reduces reliance on fossil fuels while achieving safe disposal, volume reduction, and energy recovery.
2 /Proven Impact in the Indian Market
Since entering India in 2013, SIDSA has collaborated with leading cement groups (Ambuja, ACC) and global hazardous waste treatment leaders. Key achievements include:
- 30+ Alternative Fuel(AF) pre-processing systems deployed
- Annual CO₂ reduction exceeding 690,000 tonnes
- Carbon sequestration equivalent to 3.8 million trees
3 / The core equipment demonstrates outstanding quality
Among these 30+ projects, our core equipment shines. With excellent quality and reliable performance, it operates efficiently and stably under various working conditions, safeguarding the production process of customers and winning the sincere recognition and affirmation of local customers.
The shredders, disc screens, belt conveyors, air separators and other equipment we produce, as well as our years of dedicated research and exploration in the field of waste pretreatment, have provided a variety of solutions for customers in different fields, helping global companies achieve the treatment goals of "harmlessness, reduction and resource utilization".
4 / Excellence in Core Equipment Performance
Policy dividend: The Indian government recently released a new carbon emissions trading mechanism to provide policy support for the promotion of green technology;
Market demand upgrade: Global cement demand has grown steadily, but environmental protection requirements are becoming increasingly stringent, and low-carbon alternative fuels have become an industry consensus;
Technology integration trend: Intelligent manufacturing and big data empower detection and control, laying the foundation for waste resource utilization and kiln combustion efficiency improvement.
SIDSA closely follows the development trend of the industry, continues developinginnovative solutions and new products, provides more solutions for global customers,advancing progress toward Carbon Neutrality.
